					<description><![CDATA[Finally!  My nonna died many years ago taking with her many recipes that I loved as a child and a young adult.  I recognized this recipe as soon as I saw it!  Our family called them Cioffs.  Nonna&#039;s were so light and airy they literally melted in your mouth.  I can&#039;t WAIT to try this recipe.  Hopefully, someday I&#039;ll be able to duplicate them to match how Nonna made them!  Thank you for this wonderful website!]]></description>
